Research Areas in the Henikoff Lab. In recent years, we have developed new chromatin profiling tools both to enable our continuing studies of chromatin dynamics and to lower the bar to entry into the increasingly high-tech field of epigenomics. SNPs in coding and regulatory regions may be implicated in disease themselves.
