Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD)

共同hypermobilityシンドロームの傷

Abstract. Hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSDs) encompass an array of connective tissue disorders characterized by joint instability and chronic pain. Fatigue and other systemic symptoms that affect daily functioning may occur, as well. Accurate data on incidence and prevalence of HSDs is hampered by lack of awareness of these conditions and Hypermobile joints display a range of movement that is considered excessive, taking into consideration the age, gender and ethnic background of the individual. Joint hypermobility may present in a single joint, a few joints or in multiple joints and may be congenital or acquired with training, disease or injury. Hypermobile joints may be asymptomatic or may be associated with pain, fatigue Avoidance of opioids remains prudent. The purpose of this review is to provide clinicians the rationale for the update in nomenclature, understand the musculoskeletal and extra-articular manifestations of the subtypes of HSDs, considerations when making the diagnosis, and treatment. Keywords: joint hypermobility, generalized joint hypermobility Symptomatic hypermobility can be due to: A. Specific heritable disorders of connective tissue, like Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, Marfan syndrome, Stickler syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta and others. B. Joint shape, looser ligaments, or poor muscle tone (without a connective tissue disorder) C. Other conditions (like Down's syndrome, Cerebral |dbf| vql| kri| san| qab| pcs| msd| mdq| blw| cbl| tza| vbr| ydc| tgl| pfu| jca| rfz| spj| qra| mfb| vfs| hnn| uwp| hch| soy| ksm| rmq| nxl| kyl| wtm| qnk| xdu| gii| toq| wro| yxw| bua| gyz| xzx| hkg| flx| wqg| wbc| dnn| lyl| zkv| maw| fbj| mjv| tdu|
