The Testmasters course is focused only on the exam and helping students pass. Our instructors come from the industry and academia, and I just finished the Testmasters course for the new FE, and it was very well done for the new FE computer tests. Testmasters gives you a few choices - either you can do the FE for the general area or do the FE for civil, mechanical, etc. I chose the Fe civil course, and pretty much everything I needed to know for the exam was covered by the I only had the binders of material. I felt it was good in getting me in the mode of studying and as a refresher, but in my experience, the exam was more difficult than what I saw in the School of PE material.
