Scheels Arena (formerly called The Urban Plains Center, or UPC) is a multi-purpose venue located in Fargo, North Dakota.It is part of the Sanford Health Athletic Park which comprises the arena, the Family Wellness Center (a partnership between Sanford Health and the YMCA), and the Sanford POWER Athletic Center.There are plans to add four additional ice sheets. The Fargo Park District, in cooperation with the Fargo Public Schools, provides facilities for walkers wanting to be indoors. There is a walking track and weight room located at the Sports Arena.
