The Aberaeron Story project was designed to raise awareness of Aberaeron's heritage in the town, making it more visible and accessible to residents and visitors alike. We made a film and a game, built mosaics, printed some of our extensive photograph collection, and made our extensive local history archives accessible to all. Aberaeron boasts a rich and fascinating history that dates back to the early 19th century. Originally a small fishing village, the town quickly grew into a bustling port, attracting traders and travelers from near and far.
