UVic Geographers Cam Owens and Trisalyn Nelson designed a unique course. Taught collaboratively with City staff and other community leaders, Geog 491 #biketoria focused on the ambitious plan to develop an all ages and abilities bike network to make Victoria one of the best cycling cities in North America. Students undertook specific projects directly meeting City research and Dr. Trisalyn Nelson is a Professor with the Department of Geography at the University of Victoria Faculty of Social Sciences.
