Why St. Asaph? St. Asaph was one of three towns granted city status by Queen Elizabeth II as part of her Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012; the other Here, Asaph is listed as a Levite and one of the temple musicians David put in charge of music after the Ark of the Covenant came to Jerusalem ( 1 Chronicles 6:31 ).
