Hey Burnout Paradise enthusiast. sorry for necropost.. I recently got a hold of the Reversion mod for the Ultimate Box made by jebobs. What I did was uninstall the DLC Unlocker, install the reversion mod -tested to see if i worked- and then applied the DLC Unlocker which then undoes the restoration of the original 1.0 vehicle speeds although It does unlock the vehicles and the game still works.
