I'm not familiar with the Bob Dively skybolt but I am building from plans a model that is like a skybolt and would take very little modification to make it a skybolt. It would be 1/4 scale. Wingspan is 68". Construction is balsa, liteply, & spruce. I am nearly completed with it. Just covering left.
